If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on chrischalkart.com, for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, you will be issued with a full refund for the entire purchase price.

I also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although I will do everything in my power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This will be necessary my end to make the insurance claim.
