Whilst on my recent painting adventures in New Zealand I was interviewed by the The Marlborough Express news paper about my involvement in the 'Sea and Sounds' exhibition at the Yealands Estate Gallery in Blenheim, my paintings, and how I've forged a successful career as an artist dispite suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease that primarily affects joints, causing inflammation, pain, and stiffness. It can also lead to inflammation in other parts of the body. While RA can affect any joint, it often starts in the small joints of the hands and feet. Find out more about rheumatoid arthritis here.
I'm always happy to talk to anyone about successfully working despite illness, if you have any questions or would like any advice please get in touch.
